But if normal Scratch works well, try this trick: rename the Scratch.image file (located at /usr/lib/scratch)
to Scratch.image.bak and then copy the S4A.image file (/usr/lib/s4a) to the previous folder and rename it to Scratch.image.
Then execute the normal Scratch.
